1. Start with a heated up pan.
2. Add 2 big knobs of regular butter.
3. Then, add some grated ginger and garlic to it and stir fry until brown.
4. Add some slit green chili/ red chilies.
5. Add tomato paste followed by salt and pepper to taste.
6. Now add some 1 tbsp of garam masala.
7. Now add the most important magic ingredient our Fraser Meat Marinated Bombay Basa 4-7
8. Add coconut milk 4-6 tbsp.
9. Put the lid on for 25-30 min at medium heat.
10. Serve hot and enjoy Basa Coconut Curry.
