Recipe for Basa Coconut Curry:
- Start with a heated up pan.
- Add 2 big knobs of regular butter.
- Then, add some grated ginger and garlic to it and stir fry until brown.
- Add some slit green chili/ red chilies.
- Add tomato paste followed by salt and pepper to taste.
- Now add some 1 tbsp of garam masala.
- Now add the most important magic ingredient our Fraser Meat Marinated Bombay Basa 4-7 fillets.
- Add coconut milk 4-6 tbsp.
- Put the lid on for 25-30 min at medium heat.
- Serve hot and enjoy Basa Coconut Curry.
